Colleen Conchelos, an Orlando native has been with Ivanhoe Financial, Inc. since 2001.  She has received awards as one of our companies’ top producers in both 2002 and 2003 and is a member of Ivanhoe Financial, Inc. "President's Club", taking top prize in 2003.

Growing up in the Orlando area, Colleen is a graduate of Lake Howell High School, the University of Central Florida and received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics in 1993.  

Colleen possesses a detailed understanding of the Orlando Market from over a decade as a mortgage professional.  Her expertise as a mortgage consultant ensures that her customers will receive the best mortgage to fit their financial needs.

The mortgage process is often perceived as complicated and frustrating. Colleen understands the fears and misconceptions clients may have and is dedicated to working with each individual to educate them on their options to ensure they receive the best product to address their needs.

Colleen lives with her husband and two boys in Winter Garden and is a strong Supporter of the American Cancer Society as well as the local YMCA.
