PMI Broker Direct

Once you've sent the original loan package to our Orlando office, you will fax a copy of the  package to PMI. Then work directly with the PMI underwriters to get your underwriting decision and to clear all UW conditions. PMI will communicate the decision and clearance of conditions to Ivanhoe. Contact your A/E if you are interested in underwriting loans through PMI Direct.

How to submit a loan:

1. Determine eligibility of loan program

2. Register the loan with Ivanhoe Financial and indicate it is a PMI Direct Loan

3. Fax the loan to PMI Tampa Underwriting Center using the fax submission sheet

4. Work with PMI to clear any conditions

5. Send original credit package with loan decision to Ivanhoe.

6. Ivanhoe Underwriting will enter the loan approval information, assign Clear to Close status, and deliver completed file to Closing department.

7. Follow the existing closing procedures to coordinate delivery of closing package.
