Ivanhoe accepts loans underwritten through United Guaranty's Premier Compliance. Ivanhoe nominates your organization and United Guaranty approves you to underwrite your own loans. The original package containing your Premier Compliance decision and all cleared conditions is sent to the Ivanhoe Orlando Center for preparation of closing documents.
